
They have said that breakfast is the most important meal because it will be the one responsible to fuel you all throughout the day. Furthermore, people who eat breakfast will less likely gain weight and have diabetes or heart problems. Therefore we must take in food that will not only provide us with energy but food that will provide us with good health. We need to eat something good because what we take in our body will show.
However, we don’t have the time to prepare a healthy delicious meal every morning because we are usually busy. Don’t worry I have for you a meal you can prepare the night before so that you don’t have to rush before you go to work.
Overnight oats is a common recipe on the internet. You can just search it on Google. In here I will include my simple recipe and some other recipes I’ve seen on the internet.
What do you need?
- Oatmeal
- Soy milk or any milk you prefer
- Yogurt (plain or with flavor)
- Fruits (optional)
Place 1/2 oatmeal on a container with cover, then pour in 1/4 milk or soy milk and 1/4 yogurt. Cover it, then place it on the refrigerator. The next day you can top it with fruits, nuts or cereal.
