2019: The Year of New Goals, New Adventures, New Life and New Chances

“What a wonderful thought it is that some of the best days of our lives haven’t even happened yet.” – Anne Frank.

Happy New Year everyone. I know you are just getting the hang of writing 2019 in everything. You are just not yet ready for this year, or maybe you are 100% ready to move forward on your life. Whatever you are thinking of remember that life is meant to live forward. Just like what Anne Frank said at the beginning of this post, tomorrow is going to be a wonderful day.

I know most of you are making some resolutions, while others are not into that stuff because they know that it’s not going to work out. I love planning my New Year’s resolution, but I eventually stop making one when I realized I wasn’t fully committing on to it. This year I’m planning to get back into making one, but this time instead of calling it New Year’s Resolution, I’m going to call it my plans.

My Plans

When I see or hear the word plan, it’s more of a serious thing. That is why I have made a list of my plans for this year. I write down simple plans, instead of things I know I cannot commit to making it happen.

Here are my major goals for this year:

  • Do yoga
  • Eat less sweet foods
  • Cook more
  • Focus on writing for my blog
  • Create more (MAKE MORE ART)
  • Keep journaling every week
  • Drink more water
  • Read more books
  • Finally open my online shop for my artwork
  • Breathe
  • Learn something new
  • Move to a new city

I hope that I can keep on track with all of it. But, I don’t want to pressure myself. I’ll take one step at a time towards those goals of mine. For now let’s cheers to the New Year, and for more adventures. Happy 2019!

What are your plans? I would love to hear them.

“And so the adventure begins now.”
